Description:
We are looking for a TECHNICIAN FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES – R&D for our Monfalcone location.

Responsibilities:
Performs qualitative and functional testing of fasteners and materials through laboratory testing with specific machines
Liaises with R&D Team to draft test results and presentations to share with the customer
Develops and follows up on projects for new applications or as a result of any issues at customer; actively participates in the development of new products or processes by supporting production with dedicated testing programs
Provides Quality management with useful information and data to improve the quality level of production and organization of activities
Supports customers with useful information for proper assembly and use of products or with possible solutions to problems in the field

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a technical field (preferably mechanical)
Preferable previous experience in the same role, coming from the engineering sector
Knowledge of mechanical and materials testing
Knowledge of pc in windows environment and use of office package
Good manual dexterity with mechanical components and team building skills, accuracy, problem solving complete the profile
Availability for possible travel is required

For our local unit in Monfalcone, we are looking for a figure of SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. The figure will work directly with the Supplier Management Manager.

Responsibilities:
manage supplier Non-Compliances and issue supplier development plans;
plan and carry out audits c/o suppliers and prepare related audit reports;
manage relationships with suppliers


Requirements:
Qualification not less than a high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus
Total work experience of at least 5 years of which at least 2 years in the field of supplier management
Knowledge of the international standard ISO 9001.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and Automotive Core Tools are preferential qualifications
Good interpersonal skills, both towards external entities and corporate management figures and workers
Predisposition to teamwork;
Overall vision/systemic approach.
Good knowledge of English and basic computer packages for digital documentation management also required
Ability to report on activities performed and to critically analyze data
Willingness to travel is required.
