Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and Code of Ethics

The Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 sets out the rules and organizational procedures adopted by the Company to prevent the offenses covered by the Decree.

The Code of Ethics, which forms an integral and essential part of the Model, defines the rights, duties, principles, and ethical values adopted by SBE-VARVIT S.p.A. in its relations with employees, public authorities, third parties, and others, with the purpose of promoting and/or prohibiting specific behaviors.
